The practice
A practical guide for volunteer peer facilitators of Authentic Relating “connection games”, written as a social-services thesis with the Finnish association Autenttiset ry.
The guide covers the five principles the association works with (welcome everything, check your assumptions, reveal your experience, own your experience, respect yourself and others), what good facilitation looks like, and how to plan, run and evaluate an event, including handling difficult situations and intense emotions.
It is a rare written account of how Authentic Relating is facilitated from inside a young, peer-run community. The guide itself is published by Autenttiset ry.
What it doesn’t show
A practice guide, not a study: it reports no outcome data.
